Scoop Coupling oil cooler used for cooling SCOOP CONTROLLED ,VARIABLE SPEED FLUID COUPLING, hydrodynamic coupling
the heat exchanger (oil cooler) and A pump via filter maintains the working oil circulation.
The heat generated in the coupling is picked up by the circulating oil which is cooled by oil cooler/ heat exchanger provided in the oil circuit.
• The air-oil cooler consists of a fan driven by an electric motor, blowing air through the cooler matrix.
• The cooling pipes are made by extruded aluminium sections. They are flat with narrow short sides to
expose a maximum heat-emitting area and to allow low air pressure drop.
• All coolers have a 4 bar(58 psi) by-pass function to limit the oil pressure in the cooler.
• The electric motor is a 3-phase asynchronous motor.
